Mohammadkhani, Spokesperson of Tehran Municipality:
By the decree of the mayor of Tehran, Hadi Haqbin, who previously served as the technical and civil deputy, was appointed as the mayor of District 1 of the capital.
In another decree, Zakani also appointed Abbas Shabani as the new technical and civil deputy.
