The outcome of the necessary and unwritten coordination between "#Mohseni_Ejei" and high-ranking officials in the system for the appointment of his preferred candidate, "#Zabihullah_Khodayian," as the First Deputy of the Judiciary, along with "#Ali_Al-Qasi_Mehr" as the head of the General Information Protection Center of the Judiciary, seems to suggest that it is preferable to select the First Deputy from among senior judges who are "religious" scholars. This is because a portion of the powers delegated by the "#Guardian_of_the_Faithful," such as "#Permission," is often entrusted to the First Deputy.

Now it remains to be seen whether "Sheikh Ali #Abdollahi," the current head of the Judiciary's Information Protection Center and former Prosecutor of the Special Clergy Court in Tehran, will be appointed as the First Deputy, or if "Sheikh Jafar #Ghadiyani," the current Prosecutor of the Judicial Officers, "Seyed #Karimi," the current Judicial Deputy of the Supreme Court, or "Sheikh Mohammad #Salimi," the former Prosecutor appointed to the Special Clergy Court, will take the position.

Or perhaps the religious scholar candidate that high-ranking officials have in mind?

Alternatively, maybe "#Mohseni_Ejei," like his numerous previous consultations for selecting the "#Attorney_General" and the "#President_of_the_Supreme_Court," which I referenced in a previous note, has succeeded in appointing his desired candidate as the First Deputy of the Judiciary.
