I would like to inform you that on 1/14/1403, while I was serving 8 years of definite sentence in Evin prison since 2/27/1401, I was informed that according to the opinion of the Tehran prosecutor, I was deported from Evin prison to Damavand prison. Therefore, I was transferred to Damavand prison without going through any transparent and clear judicial procedures and only at the request and illegal will of the mentioned authority, and I am currently serving my sentence in this prison. Although it is pleasant and sweet for all political prisoners to impose cruel and illegal costs for the sake of defending the rights of the people and the national interests of dear Iran, but without a doubt, the arbitrary and illegal actions of the judicial authorities, especially the prosecutor of Tehran, will not be hidden from the eyes of the people of Iran. Or soon, like their predecessors - former prosecutors of Tehran, Mortazavi and Jafari Daulatabadi - they will pay for these decisions and actions. Of course, you know very well that this is not the first time that political prisoners are forced to endure cruel, illegal and unconventional punishments due to expressing the demands and wishes of the people and protesting the chaotic economic, social and political situation and the severe livelihood constraints of the society that are the result of structural and wide-ranging crises. have been Before this, many of my comrades and their families have tasted the bitter taste of the illegal sentences of the judicial officials, especially the deportation from the prison located in the place where their family lives to another place.

What legal and judicial logic has made the public prosecutor of Tehran to change the sentence issued after the final decision of the judges - even though it is unfair - and add exile to the sentence of imprisonment, so that my family is forced to travel for several hours for a few minutes of weekly visits. slow? In which competent judicial authority has the decision been made to deport me from Evin prison to Damavand prison, which I am not aware of? Why did Tehran's public prosecutor do this without worrying about the consequences of violating Article 513 of the Criminal Procedure Code? Why has the illegal sentence been executed even without official notification? I know and you know that the current judicial system is basically not responsible to answer these questions and dozens of other questions or cancel the sentence issued by the prosecutor of Tehran by admitting a mistake, so it is very clear that I protest in any way appropriate to the chaotic situation. I will continue with the current economic, social and political situation as a national, religious, moral and human duty, and I will also pursue my legal demands, and the inhumane and illegal pressures on myself and my family prevent us from being loyal to the national interests and supporting the resistance. Civilization of the people will not be done to secure the right to self-determination and live in a society free from discrimination, injustice, tyranny and lawlessness.
