Tatlou has been sentenced to death. According to the Judiciary Spokesperson, Branch 9 of the Criminal Court initially sentenced him to five years in prison on charges of "blasphemy," but this sentence was overturned by the Supreme Court's appeal.
After the verdict was overturned, Branch 6 of the Criminal Court found the charge of "blasphemy" to be "insulting the Prophet" and commuted his five-year prison sentence to death!
What is this lethal charge that carries a penalty of five years in prison by one judge and death by another judge? Here I just ask if there is really anything wrong with a reader with the characteristics and spirits of Tetlo?
If he had the right intelligence and senses, he would not have met with the late Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi privately and said those things, nor would he have shown those nasty behaviors immediately after that meeting. There is nothing wrong with such a person, release him.
