Following the response I wrote regarding the crash of the helicopter carrying the late president and his companions to the CEO of the Mizan News Agency for the release of the report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces, please see this statement from Mr. Rouhollah Momen Nasab:
"It is truly questionable; regardless of the accuracy or inaccuracy of the report from the General Staff, when the case is being processed classified in the Judicial Organization of the Armed Forces, how does a technical report, which should be submitted to the investigator and considered as evidence, first make its way into the media officially and subsequently lead to these statements?
If the case has reached a conclusion in that judicial authority, please instruct the public relations office of the organization or the spokesperson of the judiciary to provide information."
