What are the worst possible scenarios in the conflict between Iran and Israel?

 So far, the conflict between Israel and Iran seems to be limited to the two countries.  But what if demands for reducing stress are left unanswered?  What if the conflict is intensified and expanded?

 Here are just a few possible scenarios, the worst, the worst:

One scenario is to bring the US to the conflict.

Despite the continuous denial of the United States, Iran has strongly believed that US forces have endorsed Israel's attacks and at least implicitly supported.

In this case, Iran could attack US targets throughout the Middle East, including special forces bases in Iraq and military bases in the Persian Gulf, as well as diplomatic places in the region.  Iran's proxy forces, including Hamas and Hezbollah, have probably declined sharply, but their supporters have remained armed and healthy in Iraq.

 Another scenario is that the Gulf states are involved.
