What is certain is that many foreigners are present in our country, and a unique identification number should be collected for them in a system so that we can draft lease agreements for them.
In this regard, contracts may be written manually, which, as previously stated, is prohibited and constitutes an offense.
We are calling for the identification of foreign nationals and the entry of their details into the systems so that they cannot engage in property transactions through their trusted individuals.
