Iran's official response to Mr. Trump's letter was sent appropriately yesterday through Oman.

Iran's official response to Mr. Trump's letter was sent appropriately yesterday through Oman.

This official response includes a letter in which our views on the current situation and Mr. Trump's letter are fully explained and communicated to the other side.

Our policy is still based on non-direct negotiations under conditions of maximum pressure and military threats, but indirect negotiations, as they have been in the past, can continue.
