Announcing this news, this lawyer stated: My client was previously in prison, who was released in the recent amnesty, and then he made some clips of himself and tried to send some pictures, and he was arrested again by IRGC intelligence. After this arrest, the case was indicted and referred to Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court headed by Judge Amouzad. 

In this court, my client was sentenced to 7 years and 9 months in prison for membership in opposition groups, the same period for gathering and conspiring to commit a crime against national security, one year and 7 months for propaganda activities against the regime, and also for acquiring illegal property-which we do not accept at all-to about 3 years in prison. 

After the trial, unfortunately from the 13th of November, Reza Mohammad Hosseini was transferred to the solitary confinement of Ghazalhesar prison and is not in a good condition at all. 

My client's brother, who had visited earlier, and I also visited Eliassi, the prosecutor in charge of political prisoners, on Tuesday of this week. I told him that according to Article 41 of the Constitution, you can impose restrictions such as cutting off the prisoner's contact or prohibiting him from visiting him, and this is the action that you have transferred my client to this clause?  

By studying the case, we saw that on the 16th of September, Reza was banned from visiting and petitioning. When we asked the disciplinary council, they said we invoked Article 28. If a prisoner is in a dangerous condition, you can transfer him to separate rooms in the same prison for 10 days the first time and for 15 days the second time. My client was imprisoned in Evin Prison and was transferred to Gizalhesar Prison. 

The violation of this measure is primarily that there was no case in the client's case from the Disciplinary Council that he was sentenced to transfer to solitary confinement in Ghazalhesar prison. Another point is that if there is such a case in the case-which it was not-they should notify the case and transfer the prisoner to such a section for a maximum of 10 days. 

Moreover, the situation is not dangerous for a political prisoner, but for prisoners who have committed violent crimes such as murder and assault, which is evident in the names and titles of these prisoners. A dangerous prisoner is a person who poses a risk to the lives of the public and other prisoners. 

When we asked you why you did this, they said that your client leaked the news of Evin prison! I replied again that if he did, of course you could ban him from begging or visiting him. 

Now, however, Reza regularly says, every morning when the prisoners are carried out, everyone cries, and there is a really psychologically torturous situation for any human being who is watching these scenes. Prisoners convicted of drug offenses are executed in this prison. 

Overall, this action is both illegal and a clear violation. In no case did we see the side being moved individually, even with this situation. No matter what we do, no one is accountable. The client's brother also came to follow up and they did not send him to prison at all.
