Hossamuddin Ashna, one of Hassan Rouhani's close political associates, wrote to Sardar Uzir Jafari: "What institution is responsible for managing and coordinating the media communications of current and former military commanders in sensitive defense issues? Are others also allowed to speak about the receipts, payments and performances of these commanders? Do not open Pandora's box."

From the point of view of legal transparency in a country, I think this type of allusion is "poison"!  Because the clear meaning of these allusions is that firstly, a crime has taken place, but for some reason it has remained hidden, and secondly, the two sides of the dispute have their hands under each other's sword, and if one side makes a disclosure, it will face mutual disclosure!  Does the advice not to open Pandora's box mean something else?

According to all divine, human, natural and customary laws, any person in any position, if he commits a crime that can be proven with court-friendly evidence and documentation, he must be prosecuted, and hiding it is an obvious injustice.  At the same time, if an allegation of committing a specific crime is raised against a person without the necessary documents and evidence, it is a type of accusation, which in turn can be prosecuted!

According to what Mr. Ashna wrote, the judicial system should request to receive the information mentioned by him.  If his information is documented, he should file a case based on them, and if it is undocumented, Mr. Ashna should be held accountable.

Clarification of these matters is the minimum public right of the Iranian people.
