Article 34 of the Constitution explicitly states:

“Seeking justice is the ‘inalienable right’ of every individual, and anyone can refer to the competent courts for this purpose. All individuals of the nation ‘have the right’ to access such courts, and ‘no one’ can be ‘prohibited’ from a court to which they have the legal right to refer.”

Dear Dr.

In your current legal capacity, what actions have you taken regarding the violation of the fundamental rights of the nation in relation to the recent resolutions of the Supreme Cultural Revolution Council regarding their inalienable right to seek justice?

This action, according to Article 570 of the Penal Code, states:

“Any officials and agents associated with governmental bodies who unlawfully deprive individuals of their personal freedom or deny them the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran shall be subject to dismissal from service and may face imprisonment from two months to three years, in addition to a ban of one to five years from holding government positions.”

However, I know that if you choose to respond, you will say that the resolutions of the Supreme Cultural Revolution Council hold the force of law and are backed by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, and that this #specific_will takes precedence over all institutions and the Constitution, etc.

In the meantime, it is regrettable to see the basic rights of the public and the oath that the president has taken under Article 167 to defend the Constitution, while he has signed and issued these resolutions himself.
