How do you explain the important ambiguities and shortcomings in the report of the Judiciary Agency?

According to the report published by the media organ of the Judiciary:

1- Nika's mother announces Nika's disappearance in an undated complaint (which was announced on Mehr 4, 1401) to the head of Tehran Criminal Prosecutor's Office.

  2- On Mehr 4, 1401, that is, the same day the complaint was announced;   The Deputy Prosecutor will reflect and make customary judicial referrals to the "Fourth Police Department of Greater Tehran".

  3- It seems that the report of the 107th police station of Greater Tehran is related to the actions of the Shakrami family, which was referred to on the 7th of Mehr 1401 and was referred to the "Department of Lack of Police Awareness" on the same date.

  4- In the text of the police station report, there is no mention of the judicial order in paragraph 2, unless the "fourth" department and the "lack of awareness" police department are the same department!  And in this case, when Nika's mother went to the prosecutor's office and received a judicial referral to the police, what is the reason for referring to the police station under the prevention police?

  5- On October 7, 1401, the same day that the 107th police station of Greater Tehran writes a report to the "Missing Department" of the Police Intelligence, with the minutes of the meeting of the "Fourth Department of the Intelligence Police", the body was seen by the family and it became the meeting.

  6- The forensic report was also registered on 10 Mehr 1401

  Now:

Investigator Shafiei from Branch 5 of the Criminal Prosecutor's Office, with what reasoning and what order did he issue and on what date?

What decision did the prosecutor's office make and on what date?

According to the CEO of Meezan News Agency, a restraining order was issued and Shakat protested against it. Although it was not clear in which court and branch it was heard and on what date?  and in the "Criminal 1 or 2" branch.  In any case, what was the documentation of the final decision of the prosecutor's office by this court?

On what date was this court order actually served on the complainant and is it stated in the petition that it can be appealed?

Answering these questions and assuming the correct judicial process, it must be said that it has not been accurately informed.

Now the conclusion and the big and more important question is why the "complainant" family did not file an appeal?
