Recently, a letter from Mr. Tajzadeh addressed to the Supreme Leader (attached) was published, detailing the concerning and coercive conditions imposed on him since his arrest, including over three months of solitary confinement even before the court's verdict, a heart attack, angioplasty, and stent placement at Tehran Heart Center, and the authorities' disregard for the recommendations of his treating physicians.
As this letter should have been forwarded to you for review and necessary action according to procedural norms, it is expected that you issue the necessary instructions regarding the mentioned issues, particularly the need to follow up on his legal rights and the critical condition of his heart disease. / Jamaran
