Translation: With the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic, and of course its implementation, is the United States no longer a hostile government?
If it is not, can security convicts, under the Islamic Penal Code, since this country is no longer hostile, request a reduction or commutation of their sentence from the court that issued the final verdict, as it would be more favorable to them?
Also, for the time being, should the courts and prosecutor's offices be notified so that this matter is taken into account as a criterion in handling the charges against the defendants?
