I often see in interviews with officials, especially in telephone responses during news broadcasts on state television, that the female news anchors are addressed as "Your Excellency"!
When addressing women, it should be "Dear Madam" or, with added respect, "Your Esteemed Lady" .I am astonished by the gentlemen's lack of attention to this obvious matter.
