Recently, the memoirs of late Mr. Sheikh Ali Asghar Marvarid (1303-1396) have been published.  From inside the book, it is clear that it was recorded around two decades ago.  Because somewhere it says "May God protect Mr. Montazeri" (he died on December 29, 2018).  Mr. Marwarid played an important role in the revolution among his similar revolutionary clerics, but shortly after the revolution, he was removed for some reasons.

He built a research and publication center with a library, which was also taken from him, and the last years were chaotic.  My last memory is with his library, when all these books came to Qom a few months ago, and an Egyptian bookseller bought a place and I don't know what he did with it.  He also had many manuscripts that I don't know where they are now.

Several times when I was in the parliament library, he came there and we had a chat and he shared memories.  Hurriyat had its own character and here in these memories, there are new points that are good for understanding the issues before the revolution.  I quote some of his sentences here: [Rasul Jafarian]
We got a ticket to go to Paris to meet the Imam.... I saw Mr. Beheshti during God Hafiz.

They said that you have seen the imam and briefly talk about our situation.  Because Mr. Motahari does not deliver us a quantity here.  In fact, you should tell the imam to take account of us and not let Mr. Motahari's words leave an impression there (p. 162).

I did not take a position against Dr. Shariati.  I was even present at the speech session, Yes, that was the case, brother, and I liked it very much.  But in my opinion, Dr. Shariati was a little grateful to himself, and otherwise, it was really valuable (p. 123).

[In prison] Mr. Engineer Bazargan and Engineer Sahabhi were always busy writing and translating.  The merchant engineer was making notes.  I really liked Mr. Engineer's opinion and work.  He even slept very regularly... Once Ishan said: This is the 120th time that I have taken off my bed sheets and put them back together.  Mr. Shajuni was also in the same cell.  But on the contrary, Ishan did not collect his bed sheets once.  (p. 108)

Sometimes I used to lead the pulpit in the mosque.  I remembered that once Mr. Bahnar preached the sermon of the holy month of Ramadan, that your sleep is also a prayer in this month.  As soon as he said this sentence, Mr. Taleghani said from the bottom of the pulpit: Mr. Bahner, people have heard enough about sleep and its virtues.  Talk to them a little about awakening.  (p. 124)
May God protect Mr. Montazeri, he used to say that Christopher Columbus discovered America, we discovered anklets... (p. 156)

Allameh Tabatabai was one of the most intelligent scholars of Qom.  That is, he understood social issues very well.  They also thought philosophically about the revolution.  ... the living conditions of the late Allameh Tabatabai.  He lived in extreme poverty... a humble house that did not exceed 60 or 70 meters and had only two rooms.  Until they came to Safaiyah and built a house on the endowment lands.  At the end of their lives, they had taken a place in Damavand... They had become forgetful in the end, and sometimes they prayed several times.  (p. 63)
