Ali Abdollahzadeh: There is no supervision over the open violations of the government and military media, and the law is falling apart in the eyes of public opinion
Ali Abdul Alizadeh, the head of Dr. Pezeshkian's election headquarters, in a letter from the honorable heads of the judiciary and the election headquarters of the country, as well as the honorable prosecutor and the honorable spokesman of the Guardian Council, regarding the overt and hidden interventions of some government media, including Kayhan, Javan newspaper, Fars, Tasnim, etc. against Dr. Pezeshkian and propaganda in favor of the competitor, while recalling Article 68 of the country's election law, which prohibits any propaganda or anti-propaganda activities by government institutions and organizations that use public funds, wrote:
There is no supervision of the public violations of the government and military media, and the law is falling apart in the eyes of public opinion.
What is the duty of legal authorities and supervisors is to quickly investigate and prevent this type of obvious violations. It is obvious that the judicial follow-up of these violations is one of the primary duties of the custodian institutions in this regard.
