The inspection organization's warning to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development due to the delay in launching the system of deposit facilities, purchasing or building housing for the youth of the population

The Inspector General of Roads and Urban Development of the General Inspection Organization of the Country in a letter addressed to the Acting Deputy Head of Housing and Buildings of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development: According to the review of the process of granting the mentioned facilities, it was observed that currently the registration and qualification of applicants is through a direct in-person visit to the branches of the operating banks. It is done, which has caused damage. 

This facility is considered one of the facilities of the housing sector subject to Article 4 of the Housing Production Jump Law. 

Arrangements should be made so that, like the registration process of applicants for the housing deposit assistance facility subject to Article (9) of the Law on the Organization of the Land, Housing and Rents Market, the registration and qualification process of applicants for the loan facility or the purchase or construction of housing for the youth plan of the population subject to Article (69) of the Law on the Protection of the Family and Youth of the Population, through the comprehensive system of housing support schemes of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, and the result should be announced to this authority.
