Hossein Samsami, a member of the Parliament's Economic Commission, wrote in X: The volume of foreign exchange provided for basic goods and medicines in 2023 was about $17 billion, which decreased to $15 billion in 2024, but the same amount was not fully supplied! The amount of foreign exchange allocated for the year 2025 is about $12 billion, which means that $3 billion of basic goods and pharmaceuticals will become 100% more expensive again!
