The impact of the salary adjustment on other items is halted, and any potential previous effect will be converted into a differential adjustment starting from the beginning of the year 2025 and will be absorbed by subsequent promotions.
This means:
- The ruling of the court is void until the end of the year.
- The adjustment will be recorded as merely a fixed number in the ruling without affecting other items, and the ruling of the Administrative Justice Court has been annulled.
- Any amount resulting from the impact of the adjustment in the rulings will be considered as a differential adjustment and will be recorded in the ruling.
- In case of a salary increase under any title, the increased amount will be deducted from the differential adjustment until it reaches zero.
- The government is obliged to include these matters in the budget bill for the following year to give it legal form.
