Ali Sarzaeem, an economic researcher, wrote in the Hammihan newspaper:
Three months have passed since the government came to power, and it is not bad to have a quick assessment of the government's performance in the field of economy in these three months.
The administration missed the golden opportunity of the summer to increase the price of gasoline (at least the free rate) and diesel, and now that we are approaching the U.S. election, the economy is more vulnerable. Israel's threats to hit energy centers have also heightened concerns about the sector.
Mr. Pezeshkian's approach of listening to the voice of the people on the one hand, and coordinating with the government and the slogan of consensus on the other hand, has created a unique opportunity to start some changes.
