According to Note 3 of Article 11 and the definition in Article 16 of the Regulations for the Clerical Courts and Prosecution (regardless of the criminal act of participating in a session of revelry and amusement), given that there is no blemish on Mr. Ebrahim Raisi’s photo and presence at this gathering, will you apply the punishment stipulated in Note 18 of these regulations (for acts of defaming the clergy and the revolution), or is it more prudent not to take action?
