In the evening, Mr. [Mohsen] Rezaei, [Ali Mohammad] Basharti, Dr. [Hassan] Rohani, Mohammad [Hashmi] and [Ali Akbar] Velayati came. The meeting of the Supreme Security Council was not recognized, but we negotiated and made a decision about our policy in Iraq, Azerbaijan and Palestine.
Mr. Basharti, [Minister of the Interior] talked about some of the governors and spoke with Mohammad [Hashemi, head of the Broadcasting Organization] about traveling to Germany and presenting my message to Mr. [Helmut] Kohl, [Prime Minister of Germany].
