I went to the parliament. I worked in the office until eight o'clock in the morning. The OPEC meeting has not reached the right conclusion. I stayed in the public meeting until half past ten. I spoke to a group of students who were instructors and teachers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

In the afternoon, Mr. [Gholam Mohsin] Jami Imam Juma Abadan came. They talked about the reconstruction of Abadan and asked for help for Abadan's needs. In the evening, Mr. Ali Jannati came for the affairs of the command office and had information about the travel plan. Mr. [Khosro] Aruj came. There was a discussion about the Protection Corps.

Mr. [Behzad] Nabavi and [Bijan Namdar] Zanganeh came. Discussions were held regarding missile industries. Mr. Zanganeh has prepared a plan to establish a missile industry guidance center to coordinate the [construction] of all types of missiles, and the army, IRGC, Jihad and other researchers who are willing to work, each complement that general plan.

After the prayer, Mr. [Mortaza] Alwiri, [Masoud Roghani] Zanjani and [Mohsen] Noorbakhsh came. They complain that the program announced by the Supreme Council for Reconstruction actually delays the Ministry of Planning and the government and the program commission [and the parliament's budget], and they feel indecisive. After a long negotiation, we came to the conclusion that if the council states the general goals and policies and leaves the partial plans and policies to others, it is possible to cooperate.
