I went to the assembly early in the morning. I was in the public meeting until half past ten in the morning. I spoke for the families of the martyrs of Quchan. In the afternoon, Mr. [Syed Ali Asghar] Hijazi from the Ministry of Information came. He told more about their problems with the Corps. They are worried about the current issues that the IRGC is focusing on.

In the evening, members of the Islamic Propaganda Office came to Qom. They wanted financial help to send students to the front and they complained that Mr. [Ahmad Jannati], the head of the Islamic Propaganda Organization, became the center for sending clerics. Mr. Ray Shahri came and said something about Dr. [Mohammed Ali] Hadi's issue.

After the Maghrib prayer, Dr. Rouhani came and we negotiated about traveling to the south and buying anti-aircraft and measures to prevent the offensive actions of the hypocrites on the fronts against the army. Mr. Mohsen Rezaei came and told the operational plans. They were supposed to complete it tomorrow morning.

The heads of forces had a meeting in Mr. Mousavi Ardabili's office. Mr. Khamenei has gone on a trip. Dr. Velayati reported on his trip to Japan and the United Arab Emirates and consulted with the Secretary General of the United Nations about Mr. [Mohammed Javad] Larijani's negotiations. Our positions were clarified and Ahmad Agha said that the Imam said to continue the political work in the United Nations and the military work should be strong.

In this meeting, we talked about management and Ahad for Kurdistan. Prime Minister [Mr. Mirhossein Mousavi] was supposed to come up with a plan and take responsibility himself. I came home late. Iraq has attacked the Dez Dam and Shahid Abbaspur Dam power plants and blackouts have increased. We ordered to retaliate.
