We went from home to visit the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Islamic Azad University in [neighborhood] Zargandeh [in the north of Tehran]. The opening ceremony of the new building with an infrastructure of 18,000 square meters and a land of 20,000 square meters. I visited laboratories, classrooms, and the dissection hall, and discussed with professors, students, and administrators.
I saw the video of the interview with the students who raised their demands. Overall, everyone expressed satisfaction with the performance of the university. In the end, we participated in the meeting of professors and students. After performing the anthem and presenting the report, I spoke.
I reached my office at eleven o'clock and did the work until the evening. In the evening Mr. [Mohammed Hassan] Akhtri, [Iranian Ambassador to Syria] came and he will give an opinion about some people who oppose the issue of hostages' freedom. He asked [Syrian Vice President] about the coming of [Abdul Halim] Khodam to Iran; I agreed.
