I went to the Majlis [Islamic Council] at seven in the morning. In the reports, we did not have anything important. In the public meeting, we approved two bills. Without time to breathe, I got tired. At noon, Mr. [Mohammed] Salehi, a member of the Guardian Council, came to my office, and consulted about resigning from the Council and going on a mission abroad.

He is not satisfied with the ruling environment of the Shura; I did not agree.

Mr. Khair came. He gave a report about the purchase of parts and accessories for war tools and explained about the rumor of the betrayal of an arms broker named "Kashani" that he could not take anything from the budget related to the purchase of arms. He believed that he did not come to Iran because he was afraid. It was claimed that they are bringing the technology of making important parts of the Hag missile [to Iran].

The person in charge of the new parliament buildings came. He obtained assignments regarding the construction of a new hall and a construction street next to the houses of the former parliament. In the evening, Maulana Bukhari Imam Juma Ahle Sunnah came to New Delhi. He praised our revolution. He is dissatisfied with the Indian government and wanted help to implement his plans. He wanted us to raise the voice of the oppressed Muslim people of India.

I participated in the meeting of the central council of the [Islamic Republic] party. The controversial issues of two political lines create an unfavorable atmosphere in the council meetings. After the council, in the meeting of the judicial council, the same issues were discussed; I insist that the [Islamic Republic] party should get out of favoring one faction.
