The Supreme National Security Council had a meeting. About Afghanistan, the recent explosion in the United States and the possibility of its abuse against Iran, and the control of our borders with Iraq were discussed.

In the evening, Mr. [Mohsen] Ranani and [Mohsen] Nourbakhsh, [Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance] and [Mohammed Hossein] Adeli, [CEO of the Central Bank] came. Regarding the foreign exchange policy in 2012, preliminary negotiations were held.
