England warned Germany against opposing the United States. At the Qatar conference, there was a fierce dispute between Ezzat Ibrahim, the deputy chairman of the revolutionary leadership council from Iraq, and Sabah Ahmed Jaber Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister. Saddam continues to destroy the AL-samud-2 missiles and promises to provide information about chemical and microbial weapons to the UN inspectors.
