We flew to Bandar Abbas with a group of companions. From Bandar Abbas Airport, we went by helicopter to the site of the new mines and metallurgical wharf. We went around the pier by boat and heard explanations.

This pier has been implemented at a cost of one hundred million dollars. It has 300 meters of pier and 1600 meters of bridge with a depth of 16 meters and an access road. It is connected to the deep sea with a channel that has been dredged. Under the bridge, canals have been installed to transport water and materials. The Germans will implement the modernization of the equipment for loading and transferring cargo to land with a contract of one hundred and fifty million dollars.

In the opening ceremony, Mr. [Sidjalil] Saidzadeh, Governor of Hormozgan and Mr. [Hossein] Mahlouji, Minister of Mines and Metals gave a report. I had an encouraging speech. Then we visited the ongoing projects of Al-Mahdi Aluminum and Hormozgan Eighth Refinery; Both are huge and running fast.

We went by car to the place of the newly established city of "Alavi". It is also raining, which is very useful and important for Bandar Abbas. On the way, we passed the Tazian Jalga and the exclusive oil settlement there. We went to the airport with helicopters. Because it was past noon and the companions were hungry and thirsty, we ate some juice and sweets on the way. We returned to Kish. The lunch was ready, which was eaten late, at Sehunim hour.

Efat, Fati, Ferishte, and the children of the late brother Haj Qasim, Mehdi, and Yaser were also there. At night, Imam Juma came to Bandar Abbas and told the needs. He had little criticism of the governor. Mr. Seyedzadeh is also not satisfied with Imam Juma. I warned him and moved the flocks of Mr. [Ali Mohammad] Basharti, [Interior Minister] during his trip to Hormozgan.
