The representatives had proposed many new clauses, and because of the shortage of time and the need to discuss them, it was agreed that they would be presented separately later. During the recess, I spoke to the spectators. We began the afternoon session to make revisions regarding the Guardian Council's objections. However, the Council's opinion did not arrive, so we had to postpone it until the evening. At 8 p.m., the Guardian Council's opinions were presented and the revisions were made.
At night, we held a meeting at Mr. Khamenei's office with a group of members of the Qom Seminary Teachers Society and Messrs. Ahmad Jannati, Yousef Sanei, Ahmad Agha, Abdolkarim Mousavi Ardebili, and Mohammad Reza Mahdavi Kani. We discussed the recent developments, Mr. Azari Qomi's statements during Friday prayers, and the public protests. An understanding was reached. I returned home at midnight.
