We arranged the trip to Lorestan and the Eid trip to Kish and the opening schedule of Golghar and Bandar Abbas wharf with Mr. Marashi. Mr. Haqi, the imam of Imam Hussain (AS) mosque and his son came. They reported on cultural activities. For the establishment of the university, they applied for the endowment of the mosque and cultural works.

Mr. [Syed Mohammad Baqer] Hakim, [Speaker of the Supreme Assembly of the Islamic Revolution of Iraq] came. He explained about the situation in Iraq and the conflict and gave an analysis for the future and asked for help to establish two centers in Iraqi Kurdistan and London for faster political movements and asked for financial assistance. He complained about Nasr's camp because of the strictness of the people. He quoted from American sources that the policy of removing Saddam, by coup or another way, is definite. Mr. Naseri, the Friday imam came to Shahrekord. He applied for cultural works and criticized the performance of the judiciary.

Mr. [Abbas] Akhundi came. He talked about the mobilization program in housing construction and the plan to activate housing savings funds and asked for support. I said that due to the existence of construction materials and the need to create employment and attract stray cash, we have a policy to activate the housing sector.

I did the work until the evening. I asked the leadership over the phone to agree to transfer part of the funds from other sectors to education to compensate for their shortfall. I came home in the evening. We had a light rain and the weather was soft.
