The Minister of Energy and his deputy Mr. Arabzadeh also came and talked about the water transfer plan from Karkheh and Karun to Talaiyeh. It is different from what Mr. Mohsen Rezaei said and they want more time to complete the plan. Carrying out this plan will have problems.

In the evening, [Mr. Seyyed Mohammad Asbak] the pilot of the hijacked plane came and explained [about the hijacking of the plane]. Mostly, they were upset with the friendly treatment of the Qatari and Egyptian officials with the hijackers. Mr. Mousavi Ardabili, [Syedkazem Mousavi] Bojunordi and Hakim came. I asked Mr. Hakim [Speaker of the Supreme Assembly of the Islamic Revolution of Iraq] about the internal situation in Iraq. The commemoration ceremony was held in front of the Majlis [Islamic Council]. I gave a speech to the people.

Iftar, the families of the martyrs were guests of the assembly. The characters were also [in this Iftar]. I also had a meeting with [Mr. Natiq Nouri], the Minister of the Interior, who talked about the lack of funds. I came home at half past nine.
