I slept a little after the morning prayer. I took notes for the interview. At 6:30 in the morning, I went to the holy shrine to participate in the dusting of the holy shrine. I arrived late at work. They were Mr. Tabasi, [Mohammed Reza] Mahdavi Kony, Dr. Rohani, Ferdowsipour and Bizhani. After visiting, I returned to the headquarters. I did a radio, television and press interview and went to the airport. We flew to Tehran.

I reached my office at half past eleven. I did some of the work. Efat and Yasir also came to the office for lunch. In the evening, I attended the Economic Council meeting. A decision was made about export and import. Sarshab Engineer [Mohammed] Ghori, [Minister of Post, Telegraph and Telephone] came. He asked for a land to build a hospital for the ministry, and he also has a demand for the [establishment] of a university for the [company] of telecommunications.

I did another part of the backlog. Dr. Rouhani, [Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council] came and gave a report on Nasiri's conversation with Barzan Tikriti; Barzan has said that instead of the Algerian agreement, a new agreement should be concluded, which was categorically rejected by Nasseri. He also insisted on waiving paragraph 6 of Resolution 598 [regarding determining the initiator of the war], which we did not accept.

Corrections were made in the text of the second response letter with the suggestion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I came home late.
