The employees of the [Homa] airline company came on the occasion of carrying out the Hajj travel program and the anniversary of the Airbus plane crash by the American ship. Mr. [Syed Mohammad] Kothari, [Madah Ahl al-Bayt] recited the calamity. [Mr. Mohammad Saeedi Kia] Minister of Roads and Transport and Mr. [Hasan] Shafti, [CEO of Homa Airlines] and [Mohammed] Bani Najarian, [Chairman of the Civil Aviation Organization] reported that it took a long time. I spoke briefly.

Mr. [Abdullah] Nouri, the Minister of the Interior, came. He provided an analysis of the elections based on statistical data. Mr. [Ali] Larijani, [Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance] and [Mohsen] Rezaei, [Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC] came. Mr. Larijani suggested that we make an arrangement so that Iranians who are abroad and are afraid to come to Iran and are currently visiting their relatives in Turkey, can meet in a place like Kish Island.

Dr. [Hasan] Habibi came. He made suggestions regarding the construction of guest houses for holding the Summit of the Organization of the Islamic Conference.

In the evening Mr. [Syed Abdul Karim] Mousavi Ardabili came. He praised his university and thanked me for my help. He is going to Ardabil to stay the summer. He expressed concern about not voting for the ministers of their own line in the parliament.

The Supreme National Security Council had a meeting. There was a discussion about the need to separate the centers of the military leaders, who are in one place, and also about the events of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the disturbances of the United States.
