In the evening, in the Tuesday meeting of the representatives, I explained the goals and results of the trip to Japan and China. This report was happy for the delegates. I participated in the [Supreme] Council of the Cultural Revolution. We approved the disciplinary code of universities.
At night, we had a meeting with Mr. [Ayatollah] Khamenei and discussed the war, the future government, the IRGC and the army. The existing cabinet is not acceptable to them, and they do not agree that the IRGC should have an air force and a navy [independent of the army].
