At 7:30 Mr. Tabasi came home and complained that the Imam's office and mass media were treating him badly. The title of representative of the imam in Khorasan, which belongs to him, refers to Imam Juma of Mashhad. I was supposed to take care of it.

Together with the other members of the expert council, we went to visit the Imam. Mr. Meshkini spoke on our behalf and while speaking, he suggested amending and supplementing the constitution. We all agree that the constitution has flaws due to the haste in its drafting and it did not rely on experience. The imam did not say anything about this in his own words and spoke more about the simple life of the clerics and the need to avoid luxury and extravagance.

At half past nine, I went to the parliament and did the administrative work, and after taking a breath, I ran the meeting. The plan to cancel the house purchase restriction law was approved in the first election.

In the evening, the Assembly of Experts had a meeting. The plan to appoint Mr. Montazeri as Imam's successor was presented with about fifty signatures, but its review was postponed to the next meeting. In the night [members of parliament] experts were the guests of the president. I also talked about the recent travels and the war. I went to the assembly to sleep.
