I did not sleep well last night. Soon I woke up with a wrong phone ringing. After the prayer, I did the work until nine o'clock in the morning. Mr. [Mohammed Ali] Nazaran and [Syed Mahmoudreza] Aghamiri came. It was discussed about the headquarters of the Department of Affairs of Released Prisoners; They brought a plan. [Mr. Issa Kalantari] The Minister of Agriculture and managers of the livestock department came and reported on the status of livestock, chickens, cows, sheep, camels, dairy and veterinary medicine; They are satisfied with the program and progress of the work.

Mr. [Mortaza] Elwiri [Chairman of the Program and Budget Commission] came. Regarding the concern of the radical line, he said that he is worried about being removed. Mr. [Hamid] Mirzadeh came for current affairs and reconstruction. At noon, we had lunch with modesty. Mohsen also arrived. Yasser also had lunch with the children of the office.

In the evening, I attended the meeting of the government board. The issues of Azerbaijan, Kashmir and relations with the Soviet Union and India were discussed and decided. It was decided to delay the visit of the Indian Foreign Minister to Iran, which is scheduled to come next week, because of the massacre in Kashmir.
