I arrived at the parliament at nine o'clock in the morning. It is snowing in Shemiran and it is sunny in the city. Mr. [Mohammed Javad [Larijani] Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs] came. Mr. [Mirghafar] Sjadinejad came from the Commission of Principle 90. He talked about the weaknesses of the judiciary and presented some cases. Mr. [Mohammed] Khozaei, the secretary of the Board of Directors, came. He complained about the actions of public relations staff in front of Mr. [Syed Hossein] Mousaviyan. There is a linear conflict in new employees.

Mr. [Arslan] Safai, the representative of Bakhtran, came. He complained about Isfahani's rule in the West and collected signatures to return the former name - Kermanshah - and this issue has caused disagreements in the region.

Mr. Madani came from the lawyers of the Guardian Council. He suggested that I have private and friendly meetings with the jurists of the Guardian Council, in order to familiarize them more with the problems of the country, and as a result, there will be an adjustment in their opinions.

I negotiated with Ahmad Agha about the text of the Imam's reply to the letter of the heads of the three powers regarding the authority to recognize provincial rulings.
