Two people from the Imam's office came and spoke about the opposition of some members of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, and about disagreements between some of the party's offices in various cities and some Friday Prayer leaders. In the afternoon, Mr. Mohsen Doago came and was concerned about the stagnation of the vetting process, the activities of the Third Line, and the internal disputes within the Islamic Republican Party. Amir Araqi came and complained about the changes in the Foundation of the Oppressed and the dismissal of Mr. Mehri from the commercial section. My brother Mohammad and his family were also our guests that night, and we had a simple dinner.
Ahmad Agha came and brought the latest war news; it indicated that there was strength in the forces prepared for an attack, but that the task was difficult. We discussed the continuation of the war.
