Mr. [Mohammedreza] Nematzadeh, [Minister of Industries] and the deputies and managers of the cement industry came. They raised foreign exchange problems and needs and gave a report on measures to produce more cement. It was decided to make more efforts to produce cement; We have a shortage.

I was a guest of the leadership. We discussed the type of cooperation with the Muslim republics of the Soviet Union, the elections in Algeria that led to the victory of the Muslims, the issues of Sudan and dealing with the hypocrites, because of the assassination of our agent in Iraq, the elections and the issue of universities.
