Then in Djibouti, in a reconciliation meeting, it was decided to choose the president, which they did, and then the prime minister and the cabinet, but then the head of the largest tribe, who is a military man named Udeed, rebelled against the new government and broke the covenant, and now the civil war continues again, and the treasury is completely empty, and we have repeatedly emptied the central bank and are left to pay embassies, and countries want to close our embassies and asked us for help.
