Working students came to study abroad. The meeting was held in the conference hall. Mr. Dr. [Mustafa] Moin and Dr. [Reza] Malekzadeh reported and I spoke for them and told them some of the infrastructure plans of the construction.

Mr. [Mohammed] Saidi Kia, [Minister of Roads and Transport] came. He gave a report on his trip to the Republic of Azerbaijan and talked about the problems of the new government and their insistence on Dr. Velayati's visit and the lack of justification for not preventing Russia from invading the Armenians after the departure of the People's Front and the arrival of new people who say they are inclined towards Russia. We talked about his membership or non-membership in the new cabinet. The possibility of not being introduced was raised due to the opposition of the parliament. The conversation was left unfinished. He had a good treatment. There was some talk about the plans of the Ministry of Roads and Transport.

The council of consumption patterns had a meeting. The discussion was about the energy consumption pattern, which was approved. Dr. Velayati came in the evening. He reported on his trip to Syria and explained the role they played in stopping the war with the cooperation of Syria and Hezbollah. He believes that Israel has failed. I attended the meeting of the government board. We had an unfinished discussion about handing over government cars.

Ayatollah Khamenei was my guest that night. We discussed about their trip to Azerbaijan and the cabinet and... I slept in my office at night.
