In the evening Mr. [Ali] Larijani, [Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance] consulted about the quality of the book and the performance pamphlet of the [construction government in] the [first] five-year plan. In the case of some disturbing press, opinions were expressed for a solution. Mohsen [Hashmi, head of the president's special inspection office] came and talked about the issue of tobacco, the Tehran subway, and the reform of Khaneh Nog.
