Then I spoke encouragingly and promised more attention and agreed to build two more small dams on a river to contain the seasonal waters, in the amount of another thirty million cubic meters. In the past, this river brought the water of the Karaj River to the region, and now it only has water in the rainy season.

Then we went to Kolin village, home of three martyrs. We sat among family members; We greeted and gave gifts. The people of the village were very warm. We decided to help build the village mosque and to build a hall next to Kolini's father's tomb for the cultural prosperity of the region.

We flew to the factory of producing compost from waste located in the west of Shah Abd al-Azim. The British, in the past regime, have started the construction of this factory at an exorbitant price; The plan was left unfinished and Tehran Municipality has completed it recently. He takes about five hundred tons of garbage and gives one hundred tons of fertilizer a day. There was a very unpleasant smell in the factory environment. We endured and saw everywhere; It is not yet complete. It seems that the surrounding people are also protesting the presence of the disturbing factory.

Then there, in the exhibition hall, we saw the measures to implement the Salem City program. Dr. [Alireza] Marandi, [Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education] and one of the health liaisons reported. I also spoke. We visited the shrines of Hazrat Abdul Azim, Imamzadeh Hamzah and Imamzadeh Tahir and prayed congregational prayers.

Then I participated in the gathering of scholars and managers. Mr. [Syed Ali] Ghiori, [Imam Juma Shahrari] and [Mohammadi] Ray Shahri, [Tawlit Astan Hazrat Abdul Azim (PBUH)], welcomed me and, while presenting the needs, thanked me for my great help and the good construction progress of Ray city. I also spoke in detail about the talents and facilities of the city and the construction plans of the government and promised more speed, especially in the use of abundant water and sewage.

After having lunch and resting, I participated in the meeting of the Astana Board of Trustees. They gave a report on construction plans and said that the implementation of these plans will cost twelve billion tomans. Astana's annual income is about five hundred million tomans. We decided to help more; including paying the full cost of building Hadith University, giving land and loans. After doing the radio and television interview, we returned home by car.
