Mr. Seyed Abbas Mousavi, one of the leaders of Lebanon's Hezbollah, came. He reported on the new situation in Lebanon, which was caused by the war between Christians and Muslims. He was worried about conspiracies behind the scenes and demanded more Iranian help to Lebanon and the Palestinian people. Their analysis is that the issues of Lebanon are to divert attention from the issue of Palestine.

I did my office work in the evening and went to Mr. President's office. The first meeting of the Constitutional Review Board was formed and the board of directors was elected: Mr. Meshkini, Khamenei, [Mohammed] Yazdi, [Hasan] Habibi and me. It was decided to create four commissions and the meetings will be held in the assembly hall.

After breaking the fast, the session of the Expediency Council was held. The authority of cooperation with Islamic movements abroad was discussed. It was decided that there would be a commission made up of the IRGC and the ministries of intelligence and foreign affairs, and the foreign minister would have the right of veto. I arrived home late.
