As is customary, after the morning prayer, I engaged in some exercise while listening to the news from foreign radio stations. I then walked and ran on the treadmill for about twenty minutes, covering nearly two kilometers. Afterward, I reviewed special reports on my computer, turned on the samovar, and placed the milk on the stove to warm up while I continued my studies. Iffat prepared breakfast in the kitchen, and we had our meal.

I spent the day studying; I reviewed the book "Bihar al-Anwar" for the ethical discussion in the Friday sermon, the poverty alleviation plan prepared by the Reconstruction Government, and compared it with the plan drafted by Mr. Khatami's government. Additionally, I read the book "Ansaraf," written by Mr. Abbas Bashiri about the political events during my presence in the sixth Majlis elections. This work is a good blend of my interviews and statements from others, providing a comprehensive and diverse perspective.

In global reports, the failure of the new negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians and the continuation of the Intifada received attention, along with negative comments from Prince Al-Walid bin Talal of Saudi Arabia regarding Iran and the Emirates. In the evening, I watched part of the series "Imam Reza (AS): Wilayat-e Ishq"; it was interesting.
