At the top right of the page, the headline "Message of Condolence from the Leader of the Revolution to the Iranian Nation" and on the left, the headline "By the Government; Three Days of National Mourning Declared" were placed.

At the bottom of the page, three headlines were placed: "Appointed by the Leader; Hashemi Rafsanjani; Responsible for Forming the Cabinet" and "Hossein Shariatmadari, the editor-in-chief of Kayhan, was arrested" and "Shams al-Va'eẓin; the Leader must be held accountable."

Consultation with Hassan Rouhani regarding recent events and Seyed Mohammad Khatami's statements, which he had heard important things from him in a meeting on 28 Esfand 1378, which Seyed Hossein Mor'ashi had previously conveyed to Hashemi, and he had denied it, but today Hashemi emphasized that perhaps Khatami has a specific opinion with these statements; because he did not tell him anything important.
