A number of journalists and writers, including Akbar Ganji, Emadeddin Baghi, and Seyyed Mohammad Reza Khatami, were summoned to the judiciary, specifically to the special judicial complex headed by Mohseni Ejei.

Following the measures taken by Ayatollah Khamenei and the subsequent formation of a committee for arrests and imposition of restrictions, several journalists and writers, such as Akbar Ganji, Emadeddin Baghi, and Seyyed Mohammad Reza Khatami, were summoned to the judiciary, particularly to the special judicial complex presided over by Mohseni Ejei.

In the morning, I studied for the sermons at home. During Friday prayers, I delivered a sermon on the achievements of the Islamic Revolution and another on current issues such as terrorism and the statements made by U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, as well as U.S. pressure on OPEC. The part of the Friday sermon regarding America has received widespread global attention and analysis. The afternoon was spent resting.

When that did not happen, they faced a crisis that led to mass suicides among their followers; this cult is called "Revival of God's Ten Commandments."
