Mr. [Hassan] Asgari, former director of Tehran’s water department, came. He has been a successful manager in the water sector and is currently working in the private sector. Mr. [Bijan Namdar] Zanganeh, [Minister of Petroleum], has asked him to manage the Asaluyeh Free Zone. In the afternoon, Mr. Mansour Vaezi, head of the Cultural [and Artistic] Organization of Tehran Municipality, came. He complained that the municipality had not fulfilled its legal obligations, particularly in allocating the legal funds for the newspaper Hamshahri, and that they were causing disruptions. Four years ago, under the Leader’s directive, this section was separated from the municipality, and the municipality is displeased. He proposed the annulment of Tehran's elections due to widespread violations. Mr. Hassan Vaezi from the Supreme National Security Council came. He has conducted research on threats and remedies.
